The Venetian Spa Table offers a blend of elegance and functionality, making it ideal for a variety of light-touch spa and salon treatments. Available in three configurations—Face & Body, MultiPro, and PowerTilt—it caters to diverse treatment needs. The Face & Body model features an electric-lift base operated by a foot pedal and a two-piece top with a manual-lift back section. The MultiPro version includes an electric-lift base with manually adjustable back and knee sections. For ultimate convenience, the PowerTilt model is fully motorized, allowing all adjustments to be made with hand control. Each configuration is designed to enhance both client comfort and practitioner efficiency.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Production Lead Times & Expedited Orders
Production times vary depending on design complexity and material selection. Expedited orders must be approved by our shop managers, as some custom furniture requires more time. Imported furniture cannot be rushed due to shipping constraints.
Standard lead times:
- USA-made Products: 4–8 weeks
- Italian or French imports: 8–12 weeks
Need it sooner? Expedited Production:
- 5-week lead time → +15% upcharge
- 4-week lead time → +35% upcharge
- 3-week lead time → +50% upcharge
Delivery
We are happy to add delivery, inside delivery, set-up, or installation as a separate item to your order. Services cannot be upgraded on the day of delivery.
Shipments are freight collected F.O.B. Connecticut unless otherwise specified.
Damaged Goods Policy - It is the client's responsibility to inspect damaged goods received at the time of delivery. Freight damage or goods received damaged after the day of delivery will not be accepted as returns if the customer does not note the delivery paperwork as such conditions that day. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an adequate container & the removal of all cartons at the time of delivery It remains the customer's responsibility for freight and packing charges to and from our service center.
Returns
Design X is a made-to-order custom manufacturing company we do not stock products in our warehouse. Orders are subject to as much as 100% restocking fees.
Storage is available until the location is ready in a limited time frame. Orders must be paid in full for free for storage at a limit of up to 6 months. After 6 months orders in storage are subject to storage fees. If customers do not contact us for storage arrangements orders are considered abandoned and could be liquidated or disposed of at Design X Manufacturing, Inc.’s discretion. No returns are accepted for these special-order items.
TERMS AND POLICIES
- Custom orders cannot be canceled due to material shortages, strikes, or delays beyond our control.
- Ocean transit & customs delays are out of our hands and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
- Customers must verify compliance with local building codes before ordering.
- Color and material variations may occur between production batches.
- Cancellation fees apply after design drawings are issued, and abandoned orders will be liquidated after one year without notice.
