Included in Each of the sink sections of the system should be the following parts:
· Stainless steel “pop-up” drain stopper qty 1
· Steel strainer basket qty 1
· Seat, seatback and armrest affixed with Velcro
· Remote control for heat and massage (if so equipped) prewired and an AC adapter to power the massage unit.
· Power adapter and switch box for the Super Six Jet Whirlpool System (if so equipped).
· 2” x ¼” 20, 7/16” bolts and washers qty 7 per set.
· Furniture floor glide tacks qty 4 per section.

Please count the above listed parts and hardware prior to assembly.

Design X recommends the following tools for assembly:
· 7/16” wrench or ratchet
· hammer or mallet
· Phillips screwdriver

Assembly Steps:
· Remove the sections from their packaging and remove the protective skids from the bottom edge of the sections.
· Set units so the unfinished backs rest against the floor, using a mallet or hammer GENTLY tap the furniture floor glide tacks into the bottom edge of the units.
· Locate the bolt holes in the sink section that corresponds with the threaded inserts in the step sections, each pattern is slightly different and the holes line up properly between the two corresponding sections.
· Insert a bolt and washer into each bolt hole and tighten using a wrench or ratchet.
· Repeat the above steps until the unit is completely assembled.
· Set the unit upright on the floor. Secure seatback support in position by tightening the black screws in the back support that go into the console, and fasten the two support sections together (BE SURE NOT TO DRIVE THE SCREW HEADS PAST THE SURFACE OF THE SUPPORT AS THE LAMINATE ON THE CONSOLE CAN BE PIERCED FROM BEHIND)
· Place unit for use. Plug the whirlpool switch box into the wall GFI outlet (provided by others)
· Have a QUALIFIED PLUMBER do the final connections.
